Hi all,
We are required to study the effect of cross-linking on the
dissolution of
one of our generic products which is being developed as the capsule
dosage
form.
Does anybody in the group have a hands-on experience for the same ?
Can anybody suggest the appropriate grade to be used (of the below
mentioned enzymes):
Pepsin from porcine gastric mucosa
Pancreatin from porcine pancreas
