Hi
Some of you may have been involved in bioequivalence studies of
mercaptopurine tablets in recent years. I have 2 questions:-
1. What is the typical intrasubject variability in Cmax and AUC (I
would like to power a study)? I understand from the literature that it
is a compound with low bioavailability and high variability.
2. Can anybody tell me what BCS class it belongs to?
Many thanks in advance.

Hi Ramesh
Thanks for the reply. Do you have a reference for this? Do you know if
it is possible to get a biowaiver on this basis?
Many thanks
Meena
