Dear all,
i am working on improving bioavailability through
nanoparticulate drug delivery. During in vivo experiments,
i am facing the problem while separating the nanoparticles
from the plasma samples. Has anyone of you experienced
this before? what G value should be used for separation?
any practical reference is highly solicited.
thanks & regards
sachin patil,

Dear Patil
Response to a few question will clarify the inquiry further. Is it
expected that the nanoparticles will remain intact in plasma? Is it not
the drug released from nanoaparticles that one should be concerned
with?

Dear Sachin,
We have used successfully a system provided by the SPIBIO Company that
traps the nanoparticules and allow to assay the free drug.
You can contact Patrick.viteau.aaa.spibio.com
Hope this help
