Can anyone recommend a commercial supplier and/or favorite home recipe
for simulated gastric and duodenal juice? I'd like to run some
formulation/dissolution studies...
thanks a lot,

Hi Bradd
You can get information on the composition of SGF and SIF in USP
(United states pharmacopoeia) 30 NF (National formulary) 29 in the
dissolution chapter.
Also go through the research paper European Journal of Pharmaceutical
Sciences
Volume 11, Supplement 2, October 2000, Pages S73-S80 In vitro=96in vivo
correlations for lipophilic, poorly water-soluble drugs.
I think this would be helpful to you.

Try the surgeons in your local hospital who do gastroscopies. They are
frequently done and the gastric contents are usually aspirated only to
be thrown away.
