Dear Colleagues:
A medical colleague asked me if there were tables of traditional pK
parameters of anticancer drugs. I could not find that in either the PK
archives nor doing a Google search. Does anyone on this list know if
such a tabulation exists, either in articles or in books? I am well
aware of the limited value of blood based pK parameters for most
cancer drugs, but he gave me interesting reasons why he would like to
see such data.

Goodman and Gilman has a table of pharmacokinetic values in the back.

Several standard textbooks e.g. Goodman & Gilman, Avery's Drug Treatment
and Katzung's Basic and Clinical Pharmacology have tables of PK
parameters.
I am well aware of at least one good example of knowing the blood based
PK parameters for an anti-cancer drug but I have not come across any
examples of using non-invasive descriptions of PK that have been shown
in randomized trials to change survival. Can you enlighten me?
