Hi,
I got messages when using WinNolin NCA model. If I click model options
button, the error message showed 'Unable to load nca prefered
parameters, invalid cell reference'. When run nca, the pop up window
showed 'Run PCNonlin Error 9: subscript out of range'.
It is OK to run other NCA models in my computer (PC IBM, the WinNonlin
application is in server).
I searched PharmPK archived message, found a message saying the
error maybe due to computer set up issue. What would that be.
Thanks in advance
Lisa

Hi Lisa,
Usually this error occurs when one or more subject profiles in the
dataset are blank, i.e. there is no data in the Y variable column. The
best available way to work around the issue, is to select Model | Model
Options and check 'Exclude profiles with insufficient data' before
running the model. Try selecting this option, and then run the model
again. This should correct the problem.
Sincerely,

Hi Lisa,
Occasionally I have had loading errors which had to to with the use of
comma's in my input files (so: Tablet, fasted did not work when trying
to do a BE test, but tablet space instead of comma fatsed did the
trick). And if you move or change the name of the input file you have
problems, but that should not give this error mesage. Maybe Simon
Davis at Pharsight can help or you may contact the support group at
Pharsight.
Regards, Frieda.

Hi,
The message you put means your data had not been inputted completely
or some parameters you had not input.
Maybe check all the necessary input items, you'll fix it.
