HI All
This is my first time running PKPD modeling and I am trying to use
some examples from

When i run the predictions i am getting the following error

Dear Chandramouli:
We need to see your control file to see what need to be fixed. Did
you use IGNORE=C in your $DATA statement?

These fields can only contain numbers or '.'. The errors above would
suggest you've included some non-numeric text in these fields.

Hi,
It seems you have forgotten to tell NONMEM not to treat the header
line in your datafile as an actual data record, i.e. to ignore it.
Lets say your datafile header line looks like: ID TIME DV ... etc.,
then you can tell NONMEM to ignore lines starting with the character
"I" by: $DATA datafile.csv IGNORE=I.
A lot of people prefer putting a # as the first character of the
header line of your datafile, so: #ID TIME DV .. etc.
Obviously, for your $DATA you then use IGNORE=#.
Good luck.

Sorry, I forgot to look at the datafile you included in your question.
For this specific datafile, the character C is used to ignore records,
so using "$DATA tob5.txt IGNORE=C" should do the trick.
C

Chandramouli,
You need to add IGNORE=C in your control stream as shown below
$DATA XXX IGNORE=C

You need to remove the header from your nonmem data file. It's reading
in
the header labels (e.g., SEX, AGE, etc) as data. Delete that line and it
should fix these problems.

Hi,
Your problem might be in data records ie your basic CSV File which you
have to look at it by sorting and filtering basing on DV and MDV you
have to look for . or 0 in MDV nad DV coloumns usually the error will
be there other than this as others have pointed you need to look at
other possibilities. any ways if you can send your CSV file we can
sort out the error in the data records.
Thanks and Regards
