There should be better method to use now. The one I used more than 20
years ago is a GC with EC detection which can detect 1 ng/ml in plasma.

human plasma using liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection.
Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biochemical Analysis 14: 1717-1725, 1996.
We use this method with some modification for plasma, urine and saliva.
