hi
could some one suggest me a starting point to search articles which describe
methods to quantify lung targeting (with respect to inhaled
corticosteroids/antiasthmatic drugs). all i know is that sephadex is used in
animals to induce inflammation in the airways.
thanx

Since I came from that lab I would suggest a Pubmed search using "Hochhaus
and targeting" which returns the below results. In particular
"Pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamic aspects of aerosol therapy using
glucocorticoids as a model." is a good reference.
