Dear Sir and Colleagues,
Does anyone have knowledge/literature reports of
clinically observed inter-patient variability in the
pharmacokinetics of drugs that are substrates of the
dipeptide transporter (Pep T1 ) in small intestine.

The drug classes include:
B-Lactam antibiotics: The cephalosporin family.
ACE inhibitors : The "pril" family.
HIV RT inhibitors : Ganciclovir, Valcyclovir.

I would really appreciate if anyone will be able to
help.
