Dear all,
We are running an isolated hepatocyte study looking for Phase II
conjugates of our drug. Does anyone know whether phosphorylation is
still active 2 to 6 h after thawing using standard cryopresevred
hepatocytes? Thanks,
pete

Dear Pete,
I am not used with hepatocytes, but I know that phosphorylation still
occurs
in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) several hours after
incubation
at 37¡ÄC.
