Dear all,
I am a beginner in PK-PD modelling, and I want to
study the PK-PD of a sedative drug. I found that
sedation meusures using subjective end points (Ramsay
sedation scale, and Glasgow scale) fitted better in a
PK-PD model than using objective mesures (auditory
evoked potentiels) in the patients under study. Is it
possible to use these subjective pharmacodynamic end
points in PK-PD modelling.
I need some references about the selection of PD end
points in PK-PD modelling.
Please help, any input is highly appreciated.
Sincerely yours,
Youssef Hijazi
