I would normally use ultrafiltration, such as with an Amicon gizmo, to
assess PPB. Can anyone direct me to other approaches for cases where
one's substrate binds to the Amicon membrane?
Thanks

[There have been some campus email problems and campus virus protection
network problems and maybe even a problem with my server that I use for

have been trying to send a message to the list - hopefully the new week
will bring a better connection - db]
