Dear All,
Are there anybody having an experiences using the ANOVA in WinNonlin to do the
Pop BE and/or Individual BE? Is it possible to use the routine
function available in
WinNonlin to do a complicated mixed effect? Thank you for further
information and
details.
Best regards
Korbtham

Dear Korbtham,
In the newer version of WinNonlin (version 3.2 and 3.3), you can do Pop BE
and Individual BE as well as Average BE.
The WinNonlin LinMix module includes the following options:
.. Random effects
.. Repeated effects
.. Model parameter estimates
.. Least squares means, with the standard errors automatically using
the correct error term
.. Differences of least squares means and their standard errors
.. Contrasts
.. Estimates
.. Sequential and Partial tests
.. Both classification and covariate variables in the model
.. No intercept option for the fixed effects model and for the random
model
.. Missing data
.. Soft transformations
.. Predicted and residual values
.. Weighted analyses
