We are initiating an in-vivo study in rabbits to prove
the performance of a new drug delivery device.
In designing out experiments we are constrained by the
volume of solution that we can deliver (approx. 1
microliter/hr). We are struggling to find a molecule
that we can deliver that will have limits of detection
in plasma low enough for our device and the solubility
in saline to provide the high concentrations we may
require. We are unable to use radio-labeled molecules
or solvents that are flammable.
Does anyone have a protocol that involve similar
constraints?
Any advice on potential molecules that we could use
would be much appreciated
Thank you.
