Hi, I know
that aspirin has been a recurrent theme in the discussions but I haven't seen my
question yet so here we go: we plan to do a PK study with aspirin on nude mouse
and I know that ip and aspirin included in diet can be used. I wondered if you
had any experience administering aspirin by oral gavage and if so if you use a
particular pH or a suspension?
Thank you in advance,
Sylvie

See papers written under Sri Melethil and William Mason. The pH of the
aspirin solution affects the absorption significantly, and also the
stability of the aspirin.
