As far as I know Cyclosporine A does not fluoresce, however there are
indirect methods by looking at quenching of Rhodamine or fluorescene.
It
all depends on where you want to apply your analytical method. If you
are
trying to use for biological matrices the biggest problem is
cross-reactivity. You may want to refer to MM Hassa and M.A. Al-Yaha "
Analytical Profiles of Drug Substances, 1987, 16, 145-206.
What is your application? Please send me a personal e-mail, I might be
able
to offer some advises for your project.
