Dear collogues,
1. Our group conducts a PD study of clarithromycin-activated mutation
in a pig model.
We are currently looking for a collaborator to determine the plasma
clarithromycin levels (and active metabolites) of our blood samples.
The candidate should have a running assay. The samples were collected
during and after iv infusion (and some after iv bolus). Samples volume
is pretty large (2-3 ml). For now, we have samples from 5-6 animals
(about 10 samples each). To learn more details about this exciting
opportunity please contact me.
2. In case someone has any clarithromycin PK data / publication of a
pig model, I would appreciate if they can send me more info about it.
Thanking you in advance,
Itay Perlstein, PhD.
