Hello every one

I am trying with different vehicles to get the better solubility of our
drug compound and trying PK studies in mice and rats.

Could any one tell me what is the maximum percentage of Lecithin, SDS
and Soyabean oil vehicles that we can go up to in order to oral gavage
the mice ?
