Is therea generally acceptedprotocol on (pro)drug enzymatic stability
in plasma/serum?
Is it too much asking?=)
Thanks!

Hello Fererica,
A simple protocol to be followed for determining in vitro stability in
plasma, is to spike freshly collected plasma with three concentrations,
usually LowQuality Control (LQC),Medium (MQC) and High (HQC). The
spiked plasma samples are incubated at 37 Deg Centigradein a shaker
bath (100 rpm) and plasma samples collectedat serial time points upto
a period of 6h and immediatelyprocessed and analyzed. Its advisable to
similarly spike and anlayze either water or methanol as control.
Good luck
