Hi all,
Does anybody know any good solvent for dissolving compound (in case
where the is not soluble in DMSO/aqueous medium) and use the same for
MDCK permeability experiment.
Thanks in advance,

Hello Samiulla,
One way to obtain an aqueous solution for these insoluble compounds for
the purpose of in vitro studies may be to use Beta-cyclodextrin as a
solublizing agent.
kindly correct me, if the group disagrees.

Try N, N-dimethyl acetamide (DMA).
You can also inject DMA iv, im, sc or ip in an aqueous mixture with
PEG300
or 400
