Subject: PharmPK : WinNonlin modeling and Double-Peak Curve
Dear All,
Would someone help me to know whether it's possible to operate a
modelization of a double-peak pharmacokinetic curve (example : per os
administration + enterohepatic recycling) and get PK parameters with
WinNonLin software. We dispose of WinNonLin Pro version 3.1 in our lab.
Thanks in advance,

Ben, we have done this for several studies, and there are numerous
excellent examples out there for modeling multiple peaks. A few
