Dear Parvin,Back to the Top
You can find some of them in:
Kasim, et al, 2004. Molecular Properties of WHO Essential Drus and
PRovisional Biopharmaceutical Classification. Molecular pharmaceutics,
1(1): 85-96.
It's a great and complete article and you can find it in the web.

Dear all,
This is a general answer to all of the BCS related studies
If you can carry out the solubility study (highest dose in 250 ml with
ph 1 to 8) you will get the idea of BCS solubility but as far as
Permeability is concerned you may have to collect following information
such as Pka, Log P, Partition coefficient, and some preliminary in situ
studies if at all you are planning for experimental work or else you
can refer out Prof. Hans Juninger in Netherlands, he as got a good
collection of all this information ....you can refer him at Laden
university Netherlands,
