Hello,
I=B4m looking for a pharmacokinetic database, especially for hepatic and renal clearance-values and protein bindings.
Also some physico-chemical properties of pharmaceutics would be
interesting.
Regards,
H.Macy
[There are numbers in some textbook, Goodman and Gilman is one and
Ritschel and Kearns recent book, Handbook of Basic Pharmacokinetics..
is another. I remember seeing a recent advert for the compilation of
solubility or other such parameters but don't remember the name - db]

Dear Ansgar,
suppose, you refer to the lighthouse database supported by
absorption.com.
The access to the data is not free of charge; you=B4ll find it at
http://www.lighthousedatasolutions.com/compounds/?tabcompound
If you look for PC data (pK, logP, Sw, etc.) check the physprop database
(http://www.syrres.com/esc/physdemo.htm).
best wishes,
Philip.
