Dear group members,Back to the Top
MY apologies for this long silence in interactive communication.
Please I am investigating the effect of pollution particles
(particulate matter PM) on Human blood platelet in view of evaluationg
its validity and to correlate it to the in vivoand current concept of
its implication to Cardiovascular morbidity and mortality and
inflammtory diseases.
I have tried isolated suspensions as well as whole blood measurement of
platelet aggregation using fluorescent method and aggregometer.
further, radioimmunoassay quantification of cyclic nucleotide levels
indicated that these particles have an indirect inhibitory effect on
activator induce and inhibitor induced inhibition of platelet
aggregation.
I wish to further characterise and evaluate this effect could anyone
suggest another method that could be used to further reveal the real
effect of this particles on platelet function.
Fondest regards
Jean Christopher CHAMCHEU
