Dear David,Back to the Top
Would you please so kind to post the following inquiry in your
discussion
forum:
" Where could I get from comprehensive physiological data (organ
volumes,
blood flows into organs, cardiac output etc.) for non-rodent species in
particular minipig, but also monkey and dog appropriate to build
PBPK-models for these species ?"
Thank you very much !
Kind regards
Marcus

Several compendia have been published, including an authoritative one
by the International Life Sciences Institute. Some good books about
allometry also have been published recently.
For a discussion of some limiting issues, a good starting point is P.
