Dear List,Back to the Top
I've put together a website on recirculatory pharmacokinetics, based
mainly on my own experiences modelling intravenous anaesthetics.
http://www.anaesthesia.adelaide.edu.au/~richard
A recirculatory approach may be of special interest to anyone dealing
with drugs that are administered intravenously and that have profound
physiological effects.
As part of the site, I've given some examples of pharmacokinetic
modelling (recirculatory and conventional) using the following
software.
Scientist (by Micromath)
R (a statistical language sort of like S-plus)
Mathcad
MATLAB
This might be useful for anyone starting out modelling with this
software.
The stuff on "R" is quite extensive, and includes population modelling.
It is based on a workshop I gave earlier in the year.
