Dear All,
I am currently running a drug potency test to compare a reference drug
with different lots of the same drugs by a cell-based assay in which
the drug inhibits cell proliferation determined by 3H.thymidine
incorporation. The standard curve range is 0.5 ng/mL -15 ng/mL (8
standard
points) prepared in culture medium. I would like to know what is the
best
models for result calculation. Thanks a lot in advance.

Are you doing a concentration response study with corticosteroids? That
is something we do over here
