May anybody give a clear definition of biodisponibility to me?

[Looks like it is a word for bioavailability in a language other than
English. Portuguese, Spanish, French? See http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/

Rouini,
biodisponibility is a bad translation of the french word:
'biodisponibilite', which means bioavailability.

Hi,
Biodisponibility or rather Biodisponibilite, is the French word for
Bioavailability (F).
F = AUC(route of administration, e.g. oral route) / AUC(i.v route
reference route), where AUC is the area under the curve of the unchanged
compound in plasma. For both routes, you should assume that the same
dose level was administrated. Otherwise, one should correct by the ratio
of dose levels.
