Hi there,
Can anyone help how to calculate mutiple dose volumn of distribution?
We know for single dose
volume of distribution (Vss/F)= Cl/F (total body clearance,
calculated by dose divided by AUC0-inf)time MRT (calculated as AUMC(0-
inf)/AUC(0-inf)
Is it okay to calculate the multiple dose volume of distribution
Vss/F= AUC0-tua * MRT (which is AUMC(0-tua)/AUC(0-tua)
Thanks a lot in advance

The approach for calculating Vdss and MRT from
multiple dosing data is different than single dose.
