Hello everyone,
I want to know the GFR in the mouse. Your help is appreciated.
Thanks,

Hi Samia,
I asked the group this a while ago.
The infamous Davies & Morris (1993) paper (Pharmaceutical Research
10: 1093-1095) lists this value as 0.28 mL/min in a 20 g mouse (strain
unspecified).
The authors give the original reference for this value
as King & Dedrick (1979) Cancer Treatment Reports 63:1939-1947.
I hope that this helps.

Hi Ezzine, I have some physiological parameters (Brian E Davies). For a
0.02Kg mouse GFR is measured as 0.28mL/min
Reference, F.G. King and R.L. Dedrick, Cancer Treat. Rep., 63:1939-1947
(1979).
I hope this helps.

Dear Samia Ezzine,
GFR in mouse = 0.20-0.28 ml/min
