Measured human intestinal permeability for Ketoprofen is 8.5E-4 cm/s.
ADMET Predictor(TM) ( http://www.simulations-plus.com ) gives the
following results for Ketoprofen, Ibuprofen, and others:
Name S+logP S+Peff (cm/s)
Ketoprofen 3.08 4.91E-4
Ibuprofen 3.56 5.85E-4
Fenoprofen 3.53 4.5E-4
Benoxaprofen 4.03 2.79E-4
Pirprofen 2.98 3.52E-4
Pranoprofen 3.06 2.35E-4
Bottom line is that passive transcellular permeability should not be a
problem for any of these compounds.
