I have two high log P active drugs that I would like to administer
orally to mice for proof of concept studies. I would like to use a
solubilizing agent to administer the compounds by gavage. Can anyone
comment on the utility of Labrafil M2125, Maisine 35-1 and Peceol as
liquid readily dispersible solubilizing agents?
I would like to maximize bioavailability and reduce compound
precipitation in the stomach.
Any comments on the impact of these solubilizer and a LC-MS/MS assay
would also be appreciated.
