Hi all
I'm interested in measuring concentrations of Pegylated interferon
alpha 2a and 2b in HCV infected subjects in treatment with any of
this two drugs.
Did anybody knows if there is any kit ELISA commercialized for doing
that?
Thanks

I am not aware of any commercial ELISA that will reliably determine
concentrations of pegylated interferon alpha 2a (Pegasys(r) from Roche)
or 2b (PegIntron(r) from Schering).

Hello Tom,
have Roche any method for measuring Pegasys concentrations? I have
found some published studies (phase I/II) that described an ELISA
assay developed by Hoffman-La roche. It was possible to obtain some
kits to evaluate it in clinical practice?
