Hi,
Not sure what your exact question is, but several methods for the
bioanalysis of paracetamol and the metabolites in plasma, urine and
salive have been described.
Assay of paracetamol and its metabolites in urine, plasma and saliva
of children with chronic liver disease
Al-Obaidy, SS; Li Wan Po, A*; McKiernan, PJ; Glasgow, JFT; Millership, J
Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis [J. PHARM. BIOMED.
ANAL.]. Vol. 13, no. 8, pp. 1033-1039. 1995.
The estimation of paracetamol and its major metabolites in both
plasma and urine by a single high-performance liquid chromatography
assay. J Pharm Biomed Anal. 1994 Dec;12(12):1563-72.
Try to search on pubmed. You ll find dozens more.

This is a robust assay that I validated; it has been used by labs for
bioequivalence studies of acetaminophen (paracetamol) in several
countries.
