Hi All,
I am currently in the process of validating a bioanalytical method,
that will be
used to evaluate plasma and tissue PK of a hypoxia-selective anti-
tumour agent.
As the drug is unstable, the tissues will be frozen rapidly in liquid
nitrogen
following dissection. While I am aware that processing of these
tissues prior
to deproteinization can be done by homogenization or sonication, I
would like
your advice/input on any techinques that would allow me to pulverize the
tissues frozen (i.e without having to thaw them).
Your suggestions please,
Kashyap

You could try SpexCertiPrep Group who sell a device that pulverises
frozen
tissues.
