Dear All,
Is someone aware of some examples for drugs that exhibit different
degrees of protein binding in plasma derived from various animal
species?

yes, that depends primarily of the protein concentration but also of
the
albumin concentration if it is the main binder, its concentration is
not the
same in the different species. Be also careful if the drug is bound to
alpha-1-acid-glycoprotein, it is non-existent in the rat for example.

Ya, warfarin is the example which shows very high (>99%) binding in
human plasma and less binding (90-95%) in rat plasma.
