Dear all,
Can i know in which kind of situations computation of confidence
interval is valid using untransformed data in any bioequivalence
studies?
Thanks in advance.

If you have a PK parameter with a normal distribution and sufficent to
characterize the BE, you have such an example.
The total amount excreted (Ae) is from my point of view such a
parameter. I remember hydrochlorotiazide is a candidate with Ae is
sufficient to characterize the BE of the drug (no metabolizm, renal
elimination of the only elimination process).
Best regards,
Willi
