Dear All,
I have 1-2 data per subject at steady state (one is through conc).
Does anyone have any experience with WinNonMix and is it possible to
model this kind of data with WinNonMix? And as far as I know NONMEM
can do it, am I right?
Thank you very much,

Dear Katarina,
You can model these data with WinNonMix, but you must "give" enough
doses to
reach (and, if samples span more than one dosing interval, maintain)
steady-state conditions.

Hi Katarina:
WinNonMix may not have the feature to allow specification of a steady-
state dose using the SS and II in the input data (At least when I
tried it more than 3 years ago :-) ). But you can probably get
around this by giving enough no. of multiple doses prior to the last
dose to make sure it is at SS.
