Assuming a liposomal encased drug is intravenously injected, can
anyone provide a clinical research organization (CRO) or laboratory
that can assay drug separately within the liposome, as well as in the
plasma. Thanks. Harold.

Dr. Boxenbaum,
If the compound is lightly labeled with 14C it would be possible to
measure concentrations in liposomes, blood and tissue using
Accelerator Mass Spectrometry. (AMS) We have the only commercial AMS
available in the US for early drug development.
