chymotrypsin.
kindly inform regarding the same. And how we can go for analysing
this drug.

Trypsin and chymotrypsin can hardly be called "drugs" as they are
digestive enzymes secreted by the pancreas into the small intestine.
Except in cases of intestinal damage to the intestine they should
theoretically have negliable bioavailability.
They have been used as inflammatory agents, but the question of their
absorption remains controversial.......a starting reference:
