Sense and nonsense: Please comment
1) fresh curves and frozen QC are an excellent check against drift
2) using frozen curves and frozen QC is an excellent way to get
caught by
assay drift from freeze thaw
3) Stability assays should include fresh curves and fresh QC for assay
acceptance, with frozen QC as the stability indicator
4) fresh curves and fresh QC should be run to get the best idea re
return of
nominal values
Please comment on this approach as being either too archaic, too
expensive,
too inefficient
