Hi,
I have a compound with 330ml/min/kg clearance in rat which is >4
times rat liver blood flow and Vss of 60L. The compound is absolutely
stable in rat plasma. Does this mean the compound might have a high
blood-plasma ratio? If so, what will this affect PD?

Jiaqiang,
Is the compound also stable in freshly collected rat blood as well as in
plasma? If so, then high B/P ratio is one explanation, high pulmonary
clearance is another. 330 ml/min/kg is approximately the cardiac output
in the rat. This may not be a coincidence.
