Hi,
Can anyone please suggest some papers from literature for setting-up
Ki assays using fluorescent probes for CYP450 enzymes.

Hi Dr. Tejal,
There is plenty of literature about fluorescence based assays.
Here are few articles related to set up with.
Donato MT, Jimenez N, Castell JV, Durg Metabololism and Disposition,
2004, 32: 699-706.
Title: Fluorescence based assays for screening nine CYP activities in
intact cells
expressing individual human P450 enzymes.
Chauret N, Dobbs B, et al., Durg Metabololism and Disposition, 2001,
29: 1196-1200.
Title: The use of 3-[2-(N,N-Diethyl-N-methylammonium)ethyl]-7-
methoxy-4-methylcoumarin
(AMMC) as a specific CYP2D6 probe in human liver microsomes.
Hope this helps.
Good Luck.
