Hi
I am using single pass in situ perfusion to measure the
intestinal absorption of compounds. One thing bothered me is the non-
specific binding to the tubing, the concentration of compound
solution passing the tubing was 10 times less than that in
reservoir. Any suggestion would be helpful. Thanks.
Jesse
[That seems to be significant. Have you tried other type of tubing?
Can the tubing be coated? - db]
