Dear Members,
We are planning to conduct a bioequivalence study with olanzapine
15mg on healthy human volunteers. Do any body have experience with
this high dose in healthy volunteers? what type of adverse events may
me expected?
any suggestions are welcome, thanks in advance.
regards,

Hi Kiran
We had done a study on olanzepine, but on a lower strength. Most
prominant adverse event was drowsiness. Be prepared for bedside
sampling till 24 hours. Postural hypotension also may be seen. Watch
the diet schedule, as the subjects may not be able to finish their
first meals due to extreme drowsiness.
Do not hesitate to contact me for further information.
Best regards,
Rhishi
