Hi all,
For our performance verification of our LC-MS/MS, I would like to use a
compound with a not too bad response in positive and negative mode in
ESI.
A product which could be analysed with a generic gradient
Water/Acetonitrile/Formic Acid on a C18 column, with a good stability in
solution and a not too bad solubility (depends on its response ...).
This product could be for us a good internal standard for our analysis
without extraction.

Have you got the good candidate??

Dear Fabrice Guillet,

Efavirenz, a non-nucleoside hiv reverse transcriptase inhibitor shows
good and comparable ionization in positive and negative mode with a
water (pH=5 NH4Ac buffer) methanol gradient on a reversed phase system
with a Sciex API3000 LC-MS/MS with ESI ionization.
