i come from university of indonesia
i a pharmacy student
i want to ask you about range concentration of sodium alendronate in
urine or plasma. this data i used for making the curve of calibration
for my research about determination of sodium alendronate which is
derivatization with FMOC and dansyl chloride by HPLC.
i need this data as soon as possible...

hello,
merie you can refer journal of chromatographyB,767(2002) 111-116.This
paper gives a range of 3.5- 300ng/ml in urine.You first need to know
the dosage of alendronate to define your calibration curve.
for plasma you can refer journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical
analysis 40(2006)168-172.where the range is from 1 - 100ng/ml.
