Does anybody have any experience with cassette dosing for early PK,
using a suspension for per os? In other words, is there anybody who
could share his/her experience in suspending several APIs in one
single suspension?
Thanks a lot,
Elvire

Dear Elvire
It may be now too late for your question, however, we have good
success using PEG 300 or Tween 80 based aqueous formulations for up to
10 compounds in mouse or rat p.o. or via other routes. The exact
composition of course depends on the substances but generally, the
more of the two substances, the more stable the formulation. If the
substances are bases, do not hesitate to acidify the medium for p.o.
(unless there are known instability issues) as this usually solves
most problems - rinsing the gavaging needle will also help. I hope
that none of this is too self evident.
Best regards
Michael.
