Dear All
What determines the choice of analyte with regard to drugs in the
form of
conjugates or circulating free in establishing bioequivalence. There are
instances where you have to do the analysis on the total drug form
rather
than the separate entities (free & conjugate) so I was wondering what
the
criteria are in this case. Any references discussing this issue?
Thanks a lot
